Projects developed • Open & Distance Learning (since 2004) • 120 « Interactive Digital Resources » • Individual programmes integrated into day-to-day working life • Specific training to ICT and ODL use for those whose initial skills are insufficient • E-portfolio (since 2009) • Identifying, formalizing and presenting the professionalization process • Optimizing the careers of family employees • Training communities (since 2009) • Internet portal for the training of family employment(http://www.emploisdelafamille-formation.fr/pg/community) • Serious game (in development) • putting the trainee in work situation • adapted to employees with low initial ICT-skills FVC&PA for FEPEM Page 4 October 12, 2010

Impact • 1.800 carers trained thanks to ODL in 2009(10% of all the carers trained ) • Personal: • Self-esteem and self-confidence • Professional: • Emergence of a shared professional identity • Communication skills • Official recognition of the trainings provided • Social: • Networks of local solidarity • E-inclusion of the carers and of their employers (especially older persons) FVC&PA for FEPEM Page 5 October 12, 2010
