  1. DMG 1000 & 2000 – Continuous call logging, part 1 • The DMG has a call logging feature which records call details, viewable on the web interface. The call list wraps after a few hundred entries and is lost if the DMG is restarted • The Syslog feature can be used to send the call logs to an external syslog server for offline storage and analysis Enter IP address of your Syslog server Set Diagnostics Trace to Syslog Enabled to ‘Yes’

  2. DMG 1000 & 2000 – Continuous call logging, part 2 In Diagnostics / Trace/Logging select the Configure button Set CallLog to have ‘init’ and ‘event’ enabled, all other boxes unticked. Click Submit button to enable the logging change
