  2. New Ring design analysis.Not easier to open. Ring Pump1 Max. pull out force is 234N (23.85kg) The new Dior ring design thickness add 1.15mm , so need much forces opening ring and pump_1. 3.31mm 1.15mm

  3. New Cap design TYPE-A analysis 63.4 N (6.46Kg) • Material: • Ring Material = Surlyn pc2000 • Pump1 Material = SUS 304 (assume) • Assume no friction force. (can’t get coefficient of friction from Dupont) TYPE-A T=2.2mm

CAE result (2/2) • Customer given condition: • Ring opening force minimum force about Minimum 6KG. • Cap opening force about 2~4Kg. • ANSYS simulation result: • New ring thickness 3.31mm open forces > 234N (23.85kg) > 6kg. • New cap type A open force 63.4N(6.46kg) > 4kg limit condition. • New cap type B open force 21.69N(2.21kg) satisfied range (2~4kg). • We suggestion use TYPE-B . • Statement : Main control opening force factor is interference , part geometry , part thickness. Suggestion :TYPE-B
