  3. Develop language skills ie English (+/- another widely used language: Turkish? Russian? Spanish?...) Facilitate/promote mobility of students and teachers in the area (cfr ERASMUS) Recognize study credits obtained abroad (cfr ECTS) 1. Building Bridges

  4. Is it possible? How are you going to approach this? Or only try to harmonize systems (eg Bologna Process)? Public? Private? Both? Aimed at mass education or more “elitist” (talent?, other basis?) Comprehensive-generalist or monothematic, more focused? Setting of standards, evaluation system 2. Eurasian Model
