About us Keeverand Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling andGeneral Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. We are Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors and the majority of our work has been in the King county metro areas. We have also performed general contracting services all over the state including: Hood Canal, Hat Is., Chelan, Yakima, Cle Elum.

Seattle General Contractors, Condominium Building Envelope Remediation This 27 unit condominium building in Fremont, Seattle suffered from many years of deferred maintenance.  Keever and Associates, Seattle General Contractors was hired by the Home Owner Association to provide General Construction services to restore the building.  This Seattle construction project involved removing and replacing all the siding, windows, sliding glass doors, waterproof decks, railings, and roofing.
