Initiatief • Maart 2006 KLO : centraal, uitwisseling en uniformering • Maart 2007 KLO: eindrapport Uniformering Matenplantopografie • Incl. pilot in Friesland • Voorstel KLO: Ontwerp Topografie in de GBKN • overleg LSV GBKN • besturing : LSV GBKN • operationele uitvoering: Kadaster • Financiering: kostenverdeelsleutel GBKN.

  4. Redenen te meer… • Matenplannen onderdeel van de BGT • LSV: pilot Kadaster Conclusies: • draagvlak en bereidheid bij gemeenten om mee te werken • voorgestelde aanpak uitvoerbaar en betaalbaar

Procesgang • Communicatie en marktbewerking RSV’s • Centraal loket ruwe plannen bij het Kadaster en RIB Zuid • Opschonen ruwe matenplannen door marktpartij • Controle opgeschoond matenplan en levering aan Netwerkbedrijven binnen 48 uur (2 werkdagen) door Kadaster en RIB Zuid • Opslag en beheer van geschoond matenplan in GBKN database • Product wordt beschikbaar gesteld voor KLIC on Line • Distributie van matenplannen naar alle GBKN deelnemers
