  2. Trend #1 Accepting change With the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, there have been several economic and social changes. The leader should know how to adapt to these changes. He should be able to find new opportunities rather than panicking over the disruption that has been caused. The time to act according to the change need to be wisely chosen. The correct mind-set of that of a focussed entrepreneur need to be adopted.
