  3. EVENING SERVICE “Noah Comes Out of the Ark” Genesis 8:13-22 Pastor Scott Huffman

  4. We would like to congratulate Patti Davis on her graduation from ITT Tech with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.

  5. The Senior Adults will meet at the church at 9:30 a.m. on Monday to load the van and leave at 10:00 a.m. They will return on Wednesday around 4:00 p.m.

  6. CFR LAST BIKE NIGHT MEETING OF THE SEASON Bike Night at the Sonic (Final Night of the season) Plans are to have a live band, a speaker, plenty of door prizes, and bike games if we can get that worked out.

  7. NEED VOLUNTEERS IN NURSERY OR CHILDREN’S WORSHIP Need volunteers willing to help in the Nursery or Children’s Worship, please let Cindy Scruggs know. WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS! Thank You! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

  8. SAT. MORNING AT 10:00 CFR PARTICIPATE IN OCC BOXES BENEFIT CFR & Other Bikers will leave from Honda Motorcycles of Shelby to participate in the Bikers with OCC Boxes Benefit The meeting will be held at the Billy Graham Library facility in Charlotte, NC.

  9. The Fall Festival is October 30th and we need lots of candy! Please bring bags of individually wrapped candy and place them in the marked box in the hallway

  10. We are starting to collect items for the OCC Shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse. Please collect and bring the following items: crayons, pencils, small note pads, wash cloths, bar soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.

  11. MONDAY 10:00 AM Senior Adults leave for “Jubilee” TUESDAY 6:30 PM Bike Night at the Sonic (Final Night of the season) Plans are to have a live band, a speaker, plenty of door prizes, and bike games if we can get that worked out. WEDNESDAY 6:20-7:00 PM Music Class 7:00 PM Prayer and Bible Study, Youth Bible Study, Children’s Bible Skills Class & Mission Friends 7:30 PM Music Makers Choir Rehearsal 8:00-8:30 PM Youth Praise Team FRIDAY 4:00 AM Senior Adults return from “Jubilee” SATURDAY 10:00 AM To be held at the Billy Graham Library facility in Charlotte - CFR & Other Bikers will leave from Honda Motorcycles of Shelby to participate in the Bikers with OCC Boxes Benefit
