The National Library of Sweden • Kungl. biblioteket/National Library of Sweden is a federal governmental agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Education • KB has a staff of 380 (2009) • and an allocation and apportionment of 310 million SEK (2009) • Legal deposit items delivered in 2008:  • about 312,000 subdivided in five major categories: • newspapers (128,000) • monographs (28,000) • periodicals (30,000) • images (2800) • ephemera (110,000)
