  2. Frogs Frogs are animals. Frogs are different colors. Most frogs are green.

  3. Frog Bodies Frogs have short bodies. They have big heads. Frogs have 4 legs. The front legs are short. The back legs are long. Frogs have webbed feet. The feet help frogs swim. The frog is swimming in the water.

  4. Where They Live Frogs live in ponds, rivers, forests, fields and sand dunes. Most frogs live in thewater.

  5. Frog Noises Frogs make noises. Frogs make different sounds. Frogs croak, peep, bark and twang. Twanging sounds like a banjo. The frog is croaking.

  6. Life Cycle Frogs lay eggs in the water. The eggs hatch. Tadpoles come out of eggs. Tadpoles look like fish. They live in the water. Tadpoles grow 4 legs. The tail gets shorter. First it’s a tadpole then it’s a frog. This is a tadpole.
