  1. Marie-Thérèse Berchtold I am Swedish and work at EEAS MDR.4 'Division Infrastructure' at the  Health and Safety desk. It is with excitement that I joined EEAS, as ex staff of DG RELEX, and I wish to defend and promote all EEAS staff members for a fair treatment and good establishment to the new organisation and its new working practices. I want to defend our position and interests in areas that affect all of us such as the 2012 interinstitutional negotiations for the revision of the staff regulation, flexible working arrangements,  home working/teleworking, health and wellbeing at work, and improve combination between private and working life. I also want to work for increasing staff memberships to trade unions,  to strengthen trade unions influence in negotiations in order to offer all EEAS staff a strong representation to defend and promote the career system. Your support and your vote for the list NEAR and for me would be a vote in your own interest; we need to be together, united and ready to fight for our future at the same time as we work to represent the best of the EU in the world.
