We did set “Bypass” in Digital Mixer Block Also, Enable NCO, Input frequency. Is right??. Our customer want That operate only red box. answer. Yes, this is correct. The mixer path need to be set to bypass to bypass all the coarse mixers.

  2. answer • Yes, this is correct. The mixer path need to be set to bypass to bypass all the coarse mixers. • The NCO is used to provide fine numerical oscillator frequency. Complex mixer is needed along with the NCO to provide complex upconversion.

  3. When set Mixer in Digital Mixer Block, two register is displayed. • 0x0D : OK. I understood • 0x10 : When change Mixer function in every time, Should we set to 0x00 this register? 0x0D: CMIX mode should be programmed if one of the coarse mixers need to be used. 0x10, bit 13:12 need to be fixed at “11” for DAC3482 mode (dual DACs). If DAC3484 mode is needed, please set the two bits to ‘00’. This two bits should be programmed as fixed value throughout the operation.
