Mission • A collaboration of Maryland Research and Development facilities interested in MEMS and Nanotechnology. • Combination of • Federal Labs • University Labs • Private Industry • Establish a stronger community through R&D collaboration and resource sharing. • Grow the community organically through outside investments and potential spin outs.

  5. Benefits • Position Maryland as a leader in Nano/MEMS. • Increase lab utilization through sharing of resources. • Provide collaboration opportunities for the partners. • Provide academic sharing. • Provide sharing of resources across partners. • Leveraging partner strengths.
