Follow up from Previous Calls Transferring Documents Transferring in the year from one manager to another– within same agency Transferring in the year from one manager to another– across agencies Do agencies have to participate in the Phase 2 Rollout? Executive Others Clarity of what the template will look like – standard template for everyone Reference UPK Options for creating a standard plan for a specific job or position - what others did Competencies defined by leadership level – not at this time, but future enhancements we’re looking at A generic proficiency scale is available Ability to run some type of batch job to do a mass change for Reports To fields - not available 2

Change Readiness Call Groups • Going forward there will be 5 groups of calls • The objective is to put those entities who will be facing similar challenges together • Group 1 – Geographically Disbursed Agencies • Group 2 – Public Health Districts, and BOCOPS • Group 3 – Additional Agencies • Group 4 – Additional Agencies • Group 5 - CSBS • Call group information will be sent after the meeting
