Lessons Learned • WISE provides a very innovative way the mass market to accept mobile multimedia (rich media) services • Very positive feedbacks from university students • They just love it! • Teaching Tools( for OO, Digital Arts, Game Design, etc) • User Experience is the key for mobile multimedia services • The current status of J2ME is like Java in 1997-98, ie: Write It Once, Debug Everywhere • Vast diversity of devices and lacking of industry standards hamper acceptance of mobile multimedia services
