鸡传染性支气管炎. 病鸡精神沉郁，呼吸困难. 呼吸困难， 伸颈张口呼吸. 病雏怕冷，互相拥挤在一起. 气管黏膜充血、出血. 慢性病例气管内有浆液性或黄白色 干酪样渗出物，下部多见. 腺胃型传支 － 腺胃肿大. 腺胃型传支－ 乳头界限不清. 卵巢、输卵管萎缩. 母鸡产蛋率急剧下降，恢复期出现畸形蛋. 蛋壳变白、变软、变砂. 蛋白稀薄如水. 产蛋鸡的腹腔内可见到液状卵黄物质. 肾型传支 - 灰白色石灰渣样粪便. 肾脏有大量尿酸盐沉积、苍白、肿胀. 肾脏有大量尿酸盐沉积、苍白、肿胀. 肾脏有大量尿酸盐沉积、苍白、肿胀.
