  3. Beginnings • Didn’t want to compromise eating fast food with unhealthy • Not many organic restaurants compared to the popularity of organic food • Saw an emerging market for a restaurant whose food was: • Healthy • Organic • Prepared Quickly • Tasty

What Makes You Guys Different? • The Structure: • Utilizing local farmers • Hybrid between fast casual and fast food restaurant • Community centered • The Product: • Prepared fast • Organic • Healthy (seriously, it’s healthy) • Tasty • The Mission: • To create a legitimate sustainable business model that is relevant and viable • To grant alternative meal options that are genuinely good for the customer • To educate the consumer

Business Plan Project Selection Guidelines • The business must honor the Lord;– Genesis 2:16 “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of • Eden to work it and take care of it.” • An interdisciplinary team with passion must be formed to develop the plan; • Each team must include someone with a vision for the business (or have high access to someone with vision); • Each team must include someone with an accounting/finance background AND someone with a marketing background;
