  1. Model 296AP DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY 1. Disassembly To replace the spring, or clean any of the internal components of the valve, proceed in the following manner: • Withdraw the clip, using a punching tool, and lift the lever • Unscrew the cap and remove • Holding the rod steady, loosen the hollow screw nut, until the constructive limit, and the follow screw until you note a releasing of the spring • Unscrew the bell holding the rod and the body steady • Lift the bell and you will have access to all the components

Assembly • Enter the bell and the joint through the upper part the rod • Turn the bell holding the rod and the body steady • Replace the hollow screw with the hollow screw nut • Adjust the set pressure with the hollow screw and fix the adjustment position with the hollow screw • Tighten the cap • Place the lever and fix it with the clip

  3. Model 296AP ADJUSTEMENT OF THE BLOWDOWN • Slack the stud • Twist or untwist the deflector according the difference in the wished locking pressure (Blowdown) • Fix the deflector position screwing the stud
