LA FICHA PARA ESTAR con’t: • Estar (any tense) + participio (participle): • -AR USE –ADO (HABLADO) • -ER/-IR USE –IDO (PREFERIDO) • *watch for irregular participles! • *participle must agree with the subject • it’s describing! • The past participle can be used with estar to describe • conditions that are the result of a previous action or a • temporary state. • Ej.
