  4. ACTIVITY 1: INTRODUCTIONWIN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EXERCISE • Making small teams • Purpose of the game: win as much as you can • 10 rounds • In each round your team chooses between X and Y • Based on your choice your team wins or looses points

  6. ACTIVITY 2: GAMEWIN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN EXERCISE • Decide in your team about the choice between X or Y • Don’t communicate with other teams;(don’t show your choice before instruction show) • Show choice of your team • Notice your score in the column of your team on global scoring overview

  13. CONCLUSION: • Knowing some of the different methods of dealing with conflict is extremely useful to anyone working with groups or organisations. • If a group leader is aware of these methods and their advantages and disadvantages, he will be more effective in handling conflict.
