  3. Team Norms Team Norms Deadlines must be met. • You have two days after deadline to make it up, if the excuse is reasonable (illness, death, plague, gerbils…etc…). All ideas are welcome, and should be treated as viable until proven to be otherwise. All members must consent to a design before it is considered ratified and can be acted upon. All members must contribute equally to the group project. If you do not understand, feel free to ask questions. Post regular project updates. All due dates must be agreed upon and reasonable. Team Norms Consequences If deadlines are not met, then projects can be late, which will affect the grades of all. • If it is reasonable, then the lateness can be excused. Unless we have lots of ideas to work from, we won’t get very far or do very well. Unless all members agree to the design, it isn’t considered, because we are a team All members must contribute, because that is only fair Ask, or you’ll never know. Post updates, so that we’ll know what you’re up to We have to respect these dates, so they must be reasonable and agreed upon

  4. Timeline Timeline Day 2 schedule idea: 4/18-Norms 4/19-Timeline 4/19-Design brief- however, this is optional. Can be partially done and then modified and finished the next day. 4/26 and 5/6- Team member evaluation 4/26 and 5/6- Self evaluations 4/20-Sketches 5/2-IDW creations of each part 5/2-IDW exploded view- again, one thing a day is a must, but progress is required if two. Day 1 schedule ideas 4/15-norms 4/21-Timeline 4/21-Design brief- if possible. If not, that’s okay, so long as there is progress. 4/27 and 5/9-Team evaluations 4/27 and 5/9-Self evaluations 4/25-Sketches 5/3-IDW creations of each part 5/3-IDW of exploded view- again, finishing is not totally required (heavily recommended!) but progress is required. 5/9-Power point presentation! 5/9- be amazing. Possibly do cake.
