Muon Detector Status (week 48 Nov 2428) Present: Francesco, Adalberto, Matteo P., Oleg, Sasha, Burkhard, Ale • PDM runs performed by Marseille people (Julient et al.) to understand the “Blind PU” problem  understood! • Some noise runs at various thresholds using Davide’s recipes • Wrong cable polarity in some of the M4+M5 R3+R4 Transition Boards • Timing test continuing • Work on HVGEM from Cagliari (Fabrizio and Matteo) • Oleg: now good situation on PNPI HV A. Cardini / CERN & INFN

Muon Detector Plans (week 49, Dec. 0105) Present: Francesco, Matteo P., Oleg, Sasha, Burkhard, Ale, Alessandro S., Thomas • M1 Alignment • M1 chamber supports drawings ready – support preparation started at production sites • Timing tests continues after repairs • Noise runs • AoB: • Will aask Adriano to report next week on the SYNC timing problem A. Cardini / CERN & INFN
