  5. Bus Schedules • All bus schedules are available for view on Middle School Website or Edline.net • Mr. Dave Bashada,Transportation Supervisor.

  6. Bus Behavior • Good behavior is expected on the bus. • All buses have cameras and voice recording. • Misbehavior could result in removal from the bus and after school detention.

  7. Health Office Concerns: Update medical condition/ hospitalizations. Medication Immunization Dental Exams Standing Orders (Student Agenda) Texting an Illness Emergency Cards

  8. What if my child needs medicine?* All medicines require a form and are administered by our school nurse, Mrs. Jennifer Martin in the health suite next to the main office.

I will do my best to keep it updated • Back entrance open till 7:50 a.m. • Early dismissals slips must be turned into the office upon arrival. We can’t except fax or email dismissal slips. • Walkers dismissed 1st and can be picked up in the back parking lot at approximately 3:00 p.m.

  12. Student Agenda Attendance/Tardiness • Written excuse to be turned in within 3 days after absence. • Arrive at school/in homeroom after 7:55 a.m. = Tardy • School Dismissal – 2:55 p.m. • After School Detention 3:00-4:00 p.m.
