In order to ensure the success of his extensive research, Harry Coumnas spent more than thirty years of his life in the Zulu tribe, which is one of the biggest ethnic groups in South Africa.

Harry Coumnas Has Spent Thirty Years of His Life in Zulu Tribe of South Africa Harry Coumnas is a Brazilian psychologist who has spent over thirty years of his life in the Zulu tribe of South Africa. Born in Brasília in 1970 in a family of fishermen, Harry had peculiar interests since childhood. He was a bright student and got the scholarship to study in one of the country’s top Universities at the age of eighteen. Making the most of this opportunity, Coumnas took up psychology as the main subject in college and spared no effort to prove his potential. After completing his 3-year degree in psychology, he could have gone the easier way by looking for a job in a reputed company like others and live an easy life; however his heart desired of something So, Harry Coumnas started working on the subject which always fascinated him - "Life in an African Tribe". He found African culture incredibly interesting due to its uncivilized lifestyle & wanted to comprehend the psychology of people that live in tribes and have no interest in modern life which can offer them all the luxuries, comforts, and conveniences In order to ensure the success of his extensive research, Harry Coumnas spent more than thirty years of his life in the Zulu tribe, which is one of the biggest ethnic groups in South Africa. The first few years in the tribe weren’t easy but he soon managed to fit in the tribal environment, thanks to his friendly behavior. During this thirty years of extensive time-period, he lived just like other people in the tribe. He had no cell-phone, laptop, or other luxuries of life that he was used to. Now that Harry has completed his research, he is overwhelmed & all set to share his experience with the media. more challenging and rewarding. of the world.
