Our Goal Our GOAL is to challenge our participants to test their existing behavioural strategies – including communication – to the extent that they won't be able to resist their urge to change, to overcome their own comfort zone boundaries and tested behaviour patterns, so that they will make not only a mental shift but become more proactive. 4

Our Method Such an ambitious goal can only be achieved by means of a workshop led by aresponsible, engaged trainer who is able to: overcome the passivity of the participants - give meaning to their presence establish a partnership relationship between participant and trainer adapt him/herself to the group dynamics as well as the needs and wants of participants create a safe environment to test new skills encourage communication with and among participants. 5

  6. Your Trainers KSENIJA ŠPILER BOŽIČ Ksenija has a degree in economics. She first worked in the commercial department of a big Slovenian company. Since 1993, she has worked as a private entrepreneur in trade, consulting, and HRM.During her training in personal development and group psychodynamics at Karnion, she mastered her skills of integrating relevant psychodynamic schools such as Transaction Analysis, Gestalt, Choice Theory, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She acquired a TA 101 certificate in Transaction Analysis from Dr Zoran Milivojević. She is a certified NLP practitioner.Today, as a business trainer in BB Consulting, she excels in conducting workshops in creative communication for various corporations. She has certified her programmes with our BB Consulting partner, the multinational Genesis Group, renowned for its HR consulting expertise. 6

Your Trainers NATAŠA ŠKOFIC KRANJC Nataša upgraded her formal studies of sociology by training in group psychodynamics and personal development at Karnion centre and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) at Andragoški center in Ljubljana, where she obtained the title Master of Business Communication under the auspices of the Stoeger Institute in Munich. In order to consolidate quality work with people, she studied Choice Theory, Transaction Analysis, Gestalt, and coaching. In her ten-year practice with individuals and working with teams and groups she has designed a successful and tested learning approach to communication under various working conditions, with an emphasis on working with different users. 7

ELEMENTS OF CREATIVE COMMUNICATION Listening, mirroring and paraphrasing techniques, the elements of integrated communication, the rules of responsible communication, perception systems theory 2. CREATIVE DIALOGUE METHOD (Adult-Adult) The structure of creative dialogue, traps that don’t lead to creative dialogue, indicators of ego states, definition and enhancement of ego states 3. GUIDED DIALOGUE METHOD in the context of goal-oriented leadership Identification of an individual’s needs and ways of meeting them, the structure of integrated behaviour, the rules of goal setting in accordance with needs, and the structure of a guided dialogue. 4. MOTIVATING by means of CONSIDERED PRAISE AND CRITICISM The structure of integrated personality according to Gestalt, the meaning of considered praise and criticism, how to avoid criticism, the technique of expressing praise and criticism 5.
