The Catcher in the Rye Project You must compose an original poem that describes the character of Holden Caulfield or the themes of the novel The Catcher in the Rye as a whole you must write the piece as a group but it should be cohesive sound as though it were written by one person must be reflective of the Transcendentalist works we’ve read. Now for the catch. Your poem must be composed entirely of words from the Transcendentalist works we’ve been studying. Yes, you must compose a poem, but none of the words are allowed to be yours. You’re welcome.

The Catcher in the Rye Project Your poem must have a minimum of : 25 lines (per person) and 15 bumper stickers (per person) and you may use 5 from The Catcher in the Rye (in addition to your 15) Still sound too hard? Okay, you may use: conjunctions linking verbs articles That’s it. You cannot add anything else. You can make a word plural. You can change its tense too, but that is it! Oh, and let’s not forget the visual representation. Fine! Okay!
