  2. North Basque country Navarre There are three regions of the Basque Country: Basque Country, Navarre and North.

  4. Basque Autonomouny Community Alava, Guipuzcoa and Vizcaya provinces together. Vitoria is the capital of the community and can be found in the Government and the Basque Parliament.

  5. The following provinces make up the autonomous community: • Álava (Spanish Araba), capital Vitoria- Gazteiz. • Biscay (Spanish Vizcaya, Basque Bizkaia), capital Bilbao. • Gipuzcoa(Spanish Guipúzcoa), capital Donostia-San sebastián.
