  1. Disability Badminton Taster Sessions Are you a disabled person and interested in playing badminton? If so, then this could be the sessions for you! Hadrian Leisure Centre, St Peter’s Road, Wallsend Sunday’s11.30 – 12.30 Sunday9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th March Sunday6th & 13thApril Under 16’s £2.50 and Over 16’s £3.70 per session One carer will play for FREE! Coaching will be provided by a Level 2 Badminton England Coach, with experience of coaching disabled people. The badminton sessions are suitable for wheelchair users, amputees, those with ambulant impairments, individuals with short stature, those who are deaf and people with a Learning Disability. If you would like to discuss the sessions further, please contact Karen Lewis-Archer, Sports Development Officer, on 0191 643 7465. The session is fully inclusive, and is open to parents, siblings and extended family. To book onto the course, please contact Hadrian Leisure Centre reception on 0191 643 2025.
