  5. How does the Pack run? • Volunteers! • Den Leaders • Cubmaster • Committee Chair • Treasurer • Awards Coordinator • Activity Coordinators • Pack Committee Round-Up

  6. What is the time commitment? • Pack meetings and activities • generally 1-2 events per month • Den meetings and activities • generally twice per month Round-Up

  7. What does it cost? • Things you pay for • $27 to register your son • Uniform ~$30 • Camp fees~$75-130 for boys • The Pack covers the cost of awards, achievements and events • One fundraiser for the year – covers these costs ~$120 per scout • Wreath sales – more details at the first Pack mtg Round-Up

Where will you go? • Examples of Den Field Trips • Fire stations, Police Departments, Basketball Games, OMSI, TV Station • Examples of Pack Activities • Events • Pinewood Derby, Blue and Gold Banquet, Scout Olympics, Veterans Day Parade, Rocket Launch • Service Projects • Scouting for Food – canned food drive • Salvation Army Bell Ringing - collection • Goodwill Goodturn – clothes drive • Findley fall and spring clean up – grounds clean up • Summer Camps • Summer Camps – 1st & 2nd grade • Camp Ireland Day camp (5 days) – Hillsboro • Cub World overnight camp (2 nights) - Clackamas • Summer Camps – 3rd grade • Butte Creek Ranch overnight camp (2 nights) – Scotts Mills Round-Up
