BUY becomes BOUGHT BREAK becomes BROKE STEAL becomes STOLE WRITE becomes WROTE (A los verbosregulares se les añade–ed, –ied, o –d para formar su pasado). (WALK se convierte en WALKED) (STUDY se convierte en STUDIED) (LISTEN se convierte en LISTENED) (ARRIVE se convierte en ARRIVED) ( Los verbosirregulares muchas veces CAMBIAN a una palabra diferente para formar su pasado).
