Researchers share individual research plans and findings with BIP members Business and Industry Partnership (BIP) PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT Between THE PACIFIC EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING RESEARCH CENTER And "Business and Industry Partner" THIS AGREEMENT, with an Effective Date of ________________________ ,is by and between the REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA (herein referred to as “University”) and __________________________________________________________________(herein referred to as “Partner”). This Agreement governs the conditions of membership for the Partner in the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER). BIP is a formal mechanism for engaging industry partners in PEER programs
