MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18TH Announcements: Fall Fest -Thursday @ the Rec 6-8pm * Basketball games: Jr High (B) vsA.E.Phillips @ 4pm at REC JV Girls & Boys vs Bethel Christian @ 6pm Progress Reports are going home Wed, Nov 20th * Thanksgiving Break Nov 25-29th HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! INSTANT ACTIVITY/WARMUPS: Do 10 each- Jogging place, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, heel raises – Rest 10 seconds, Repeat. 2) Do Hundred Pushup Program with group. Get in a group of 3 and sit together waiting on instructions from Coach Sparks. LESSON FOCUS: SCOOTER HOCKEY SCOOTER HOCKEY SAFETY: KEEP FEET OFF OF SCOOTERS TURN SCOOTER OVER AND OUT OF THE PLAY AREAS WHEN NOT IN USE BE AWARE OF THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU WHILE SWINGING THE HOCKEY STICK KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM WHEELS AND OTHER SCOOTERS.
