Working Group Charge • Develop Detailed Task List and Time Line • Update workplan for the first 6 months (Ends April 1) • What tasks are we currently working on, • have been completed over the last 5.5 months • or are due to be completed by April 1 • 2) Produce a detailed workplan for 12, 18 & 24 months. • Describe each task (title, and paragraph description) • Place it on the timeline (based on title) • List task team members • Indicate who is the responsible contact person • Note needs from other groups, specifically what & when
