Other News • Federal DBE Regulations are being updated more frequently • Driven by ARRA-related audits and GAO recommendations • NPRM Comment period concluded December 24th • Final rulings take 3 – 6 months to be published • TRANS-AC is initiating a Labor Compliance Subcommittee to tackle “practical guide” for Prevailing wage enforcement
