  2. KKNAG INTRODUCTION K. K. Nag Pvt. Ltd has been pioneering new plastic processes in India for more than half a century. Founded in Pune in 1965 by the late Mr and Mrs Kalyan Kumar Nag, we have built our foundation on innovation and continuous improvement. Our main line of business is the moulding of plastic foams such as Expanded Polystyrene and Expanded Polypropylene. We manufacture these products at our factories located in Pune (at two locations), Puducherry and Chennai. https://kknag.com/

  3. KKNAG Vision We manufacture these products at our factories located in Pune (at two locations), Puducherry and Chennai. We also do rotational moulding and have a factory dedicated to this activity in Pune. In addition, Mission In addition, we have a centralised Tool Room in Pune that caters to all our plastic processing plants. Furthermore, we have a Waste Treatment Division that focuses on setting up Bio-Digesters and Bio-STP systems. This division is also located in Pune. https://kknag.com/

  4. kknag.com PIONEERS OF FIBREGLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE (EPS) EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE (EPP) We were one of the first companies in India to manufacture products out of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) at a time when the use of composites was in its infancy. We started processing Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) in the early 1970s making us a member of the initial cohort of EPS processors in India. Our experience with EPS is unmatched. We were the first company in India to introduce Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) in the 1990s. In layman’s terms, EPP can be thought of as “Thermocole Plus”. https://kknag.com/

  5. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight and completely recyclable material. It has various applications in packaging and insulation. EPS can be moulded to virtually any shape, giving unlimited freedom to designers. We have the capacity to process 12,000 MT of EPS, Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) and other foams at our five factories, making us one of the largest EPS shape moulders in India. Our units are spread across Western and Southern India in Maharashtra (Ranjangaon and Urse), Tamil Nadu (Sriperumbudur and Thiruvallur) and Puducherry (Kariamanickkam). We have more than 75 machines that range from 400 × 600 mm to 1,750 × 1,560 mm in platen size. We are proud to say that we are reputed to be the most technically progressive and competent EPS processor in India. https://kknag.com/

  6. Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) is a closed-cell foam known for its flexible and lightweight properties. We provide quality EPP to an impressive list of automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. The platen sizes of our machines range from 600 × 800 mm to 1,300 x 1,700 mm. EPP’s high energy absorbent properties combined with characteristic lightness make it a vital material in various industries. EPP is unchangeable after multiple impact loading and repetitive shocks which is why it recovers remarkably after dynamic and static loading. Its distinct properties of high sound absorption, low water absorption and excellent chemical resistance have further fuelled its use in various fields. https://kknag.com/

  7. Rotational Moulding K. K. Nag Pvt. Ltd’s Rotomoulding Division caters to customers from various sectors such as Agriculture, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Durables, Exhibition, Food and Beverage, Marine, Material Handling and Solar Energy. We export our proprietary sanitation products worldwide to international aid agencies like UNICEF, MSF, ACF and IFRC. We also have our own brand of rotomoulded tanks, pallets, insulated tubs and floats. At our facility located in Urse (near Pune) we have two 4-arm rotomoulding machines with gas-fired burners and swing diameters of 2,200 mm and 4,000 mm respectively. We also have a facility for PU foaming with soft and hard foam. https://kknag.com/

  8. Other Foamed Plastics We process various foamed Polystyrene and Polyethylene polymers such as Piocelan, Expanded Polyethylene (EPE), Lambdapor and Peripor for a wide range of packaging and insulation applications. Piocelan,Expanded Polyethylene, Lambdapor, Peripor, , . https://kknag.com/
