  1. Brain Fog – Is It Real?

  2. Lots of people actually suffer from something called “Brain Fog”.  Symptoms can include not being able to think clearly, talk logically, poor concentration, mental fatigue, inability to focus, confusion, and forgetfulness.  If you are one of the many people who deal with this regularly, you are not alone.  Here are a few tips for turning brain fog into a clear head. • Think about what may be causing you to experience brain fog.  When you experience brain fog, keep a log on what you may have done or eaten leading up to it.  Maybe you have been feeling stressed out.  Eventually, you may figure out what is causing it by keeping a journal.

  3. How are you sleeping?  Improve sleep quality by minimizing phone and other electronics before bedtime.  Limit caffeine, alcohol, and any type of sugary foods a couple of hours before you make your way to bed. • What medications are you taking and could they be contributing to your brain fog?  Did you start any new medications?  If so, speak with your prescribing Doctor about how you are feeling. • To read our full blog click here: https://westchesterpachiropractornearme.com/brain-fog-is-it-real-2
