    4. 4 Project Schedule / Rationale We have decided not to go live on July 1, 2008 Primary reason: System readiness Conversion issues Configuration Number of issues, even if not critical Sandbox: 321 open issues 17 from 3/14 or prior, 155 3/17 4/11, 149 from last 2 weeks Parallel: 60 open issues 5 from 3/14 or prior, 13 3/17 4/11, 42 from last 2 weeks System performance

Project Schedule / Rationale We are not selecting a new go-live date at this time Projected as Fall 2008 at earliest New version of Sandbox scheduled for May has been cancelled But, we will go live Continue to implement applicable pieces before go-live Keep momentum Reduce amount of change experienced at go-live 5

Restructured Approach Crisis mode for last 6 months Trying to fix everything at the same time Not making enough progress in fixing most important items Change focus to individual processes Start with High Volume and Voucher Build Later, Bank Recon, General Ledger Complete -> Processing time, reports, training materials Well report on progress in upcoming Town Hall meetings Plan for 2 successful conversions before go-live Next version of sandbox wont be released until at least July 6

GMIS Update: Bundles / Fixes Financials will be down from 6:00 PM on Friday, May 2, 2008 through 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 The application will be unavailable all day on Monday, May 5th, a normal business day. We will apply Bundles of fixes and updates received from Oracle/PeopleSoft. These updates address a laundry list of problems in the delivered application.
