Órgano Ejecutivo 2005 Órgano Técnico 2005 • Sesiones Ordinarias • 17 de marzo • 28 de julio • 24 de noviembre • Sesiones Ordinarias  • 20 de enero • 10 de marzo • 19 de mayo • 21 de julio • 22 de septiembre • 17 de noviembre 13 de octubre de 2003. Se instala el Comité Estatal de Ordenamiento Territorial en el seno del COPLADE: 1) Órgano Técnico (diez sesiones ordinarias) 2) Órgano Ejecutivo (seis sesiones ordinarias)

  4. ÓRGANO EJECUTIVO Está conformado por 24 personas encabezadas por el Gobernador del Estado.

  5. PROGRAMA DE TRABAJO 2005 (PARTE) Objetivo particular El COETY está consolidado, es participativo y dirige efectivamente el proceso del POETY. Metas Integrar a las autoridades municipales al COETY. Definir y asignar responsabilidades de forma precisa. Determinar, llenar y capacitar a puestos clave. Definir la agenda ambiental. Aplicar las políticas y procedimientos determinados.
