(cont.) • Number of sharing partners depends on several factors such as product characteristics, partners condition • The literature only show the symmetric information sharing (same level and mechanism of information sharing for each echelon) that could be highly differ in practice • Still leave a question of with whom should information be shared

5. What information should be shared? • Mostly sharing on demand, sales data, and forecasts • The value of information sharing depend on some circumstances such as lead time, production capacity, etc
