Convocation… First Convocation of the university was held on 8th November, 2004 in which Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat the Hon’ble Vice-President of India conferred the degrees to the postgraduate students in the presence of Shri SudarshanAgarwal the Hon’ble Governor of Uttranchal & Dr. Pranav Pandya Hon’ble Chancellor of the University.

  6. Second Convocation in 2006 • Second Convocation of the university was held on 7-9 December, 2006 in which Dr. A. P. J. AbbudalKalamthe Hon’ble President of India conferred the degrees to the postgraduate students in the presence of Shri SudarshanAgarwal the Hon’ble Governor of UttaraKhand & Dr. Pranav Pandya Hon’ble Chancellor of the University.
