  3. food • Zebras are herbivores. • Zebras eat grass, bark, leaves, buds, fruit and roots. • Zebras are prey to lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs and tigers

  4. habitat • A zebras habitat is Africa because they have a short coat of fur to adapt to the weather • Zebras live in hilly areas • most zebras live on hills, not just mountain zebras live on hills not just mountain zebras

  5. Physical adaptation • Zebras have large ears to adapt to hearing predators • Zebras adapt to predators by having strong and fast legs to run away • Zebras can fight by having sharp teeth and strong legs

  9. Fun facts!!! • Zebras can snort and bark unlike horses • The pattern on a zebras body changes when it reaches the tail • Some zebras stripes can be beige and not black
