Issues and Challenges • Tribals are not turning up for work and so also General mass in coastal areas. • Awareness has not trickled down to potential beneficiaries • Action still limited to small pockets • Atmosphere of collaboration is not there • Limited synergy among civil society • Media mobilization needed • People are lethargic and not doing the work • Line Department not doing MGNREGA works so encouragingly… • No visible projects… • NO CONVERGENCE………
