Notts Help Yourself • The NottsHelpYourself site is a partnership between health, social care and the voluntary sector to bring information and advice together in one central location – so people can find the information they need easily. • You can: • Find out what is available for people to help improve their health and well-being • Access information on housing, carers support, transport and self-help services in the county (and much more) • Search by location or post code, or type of support • Search for local groups, activities and support services • Contact providers to arrange your own support / get more specific information on what is provided.

The Information • Existing providers have been migrated from previous sites. • New providers can request to be listed easily by clicking the register button on the site. • A rate and review system function is available for people to feedback on the services that they have used. • All information is updated at six month intervals, but registered providers can self edit at anytime.

  4. Providers • Any new Provider can register their service on the site. This is a straight forward process by • Clicking on the sign in / register button at top of screen • Click create an account at the bottom the sign in box and then fill in your contact details. • Once registered you will be invited to put your organisation details onto the site and encouraged to update when there are any changes to service offered.

  7. NottsHelpYourself Break down the information further by selecting sub-categories Filter the information by district, age, gender and health condition

  8. Clicking on the title will provide further information about the organisation including address details and opening hours

  9. Add either the whole of the filtered search or individual items to my list. From here you can print, save and email your selection

Provider Corner • Get data from the website to enable them to develop their business. e.g. Null searches, service gaps, top searches etc. • An information resource which includes information to help business develop such as tender information. • Have access to Training Information • The ability to communicate with other providers through a provider forum

  11. Provider bulletin • Quarterly bulletin for providers to provide information on new developments to help stimulate market • Provider stories examples of good practice. • Training opportunities for providers • New / changes to legislation and its impact for providers of services.
