  4. Relevance Overcorrecting or turning the steering wheel too sharp Teens do not learn this concept sitting in a desk!

  5. Rigor • Students are required to problem solve mentally while they are physically operating a simple machine with 2 wheels. • Skills- Lane reduction, merging and parallel parking

  6. Relationships Students Professional Collaboration • School resource officer • Administration • Department members

  7. Persistence Biking program took 10 years to obtain enough bikes for every student (grants) You will encounter roadblocks and you MUST persevere through them! Even through detours, you end up back on the main road to your destination.
