Recommendation • To strengthen the integration ability (Education elements, training network) • To improve the flexibility (investigation and evaluation), and establish effective communication or feedback channel with possible trainees • Based on the R.2, further to perfect each education element • Successful public program depending on the effective management of a training network. The training network should be set up step by step to avoid exhaustion. • To strengthen the cooperation with foreign counterparts for an information and teacher exchange.
