Pradip Burman - An Environmentalist Who Dedicated his Life Towards Environment Protection Pradip Burman, the chairman of Sanat Products Ltd, is a renowned entrepreneur, but the pharmaceutic company alone is not what has given him his undeletable mark, but his philanthropic approach to life and his concern for environmental protection. Since a young age, and following the family tradition, he had always felt deeply passionate about social causes, nurturing a dream of leading the way for a more sustainable future. In pursue of this, he founded Alternative Green Energy Solution (AGES) to provide environmental-friendly techniques through Hydroponic Green Feed, in opposition to traditional agriculture methods. Later on, he created Mobius Foundation in 2015, a non-profit organization that concerns itself with providing information and encouraging people to aptly care for the ecosystems. Firmly believing that our current lifestyle, the prime instigator of climate change, is detrimental to human existence on Earth, Pradip Burman, has worked tirelessly to bring together efficient and relevant solutions to reduce the carbon footprint, stop the depletion of non-renewable energies, the importance of recycling and lower plastic consumption. Among the projects pushed forward by Mobius we can find: · The installation of solar street lights, hydro-panels, and atmospheric water generators in rural areas.

  2. · The creation of 23 mobile health camps in Durana, Sirsad, Ramghar, Mandi, Naulhta and Gohana, with the purpose of educating children and adults alike on issues of hygiene and general healthcare. · Eco-Toilets construction. Following the method known as evapotranspiration, these low-maintenance toilets are not only environmental friendly but have also helped to bring awareness safe and sustainable sanitation in India. · School support programs. · Reforestation. The plantation of over 5,000 trees in different districts of Haryana. In a recent interview with The Economic Times, Burman was once adamant again on the importance to gain more awareness about the different problems affecting our planet and start making changes right away. He highlights the need of understanding that every small step taken today will surely have a greater impact tomorrow. At 76, Pradip Burman has not relented on his crusade to change the people from India understands and acts towards the preservation of the environment. Besides Mobius, he is also the founder of Dabur, a company centered around finding natural remedies for arthritis, and Ayurvet, which provides enviromental-friendly solutions for animal healthcare. Reaching a decisive time for sustainability, Burman’s many efforts are aimed towards securing a safer planet for Future.
