  1. “North Korea tells foreigners in South to take safety measures”

  2. North Korea issued its latest dispatch of ominous rhetoric Tuesday, telling foreigners in South Korea they should take steps to secure shelter or evacuation to protect themselves in the event of a conflict on the Korean Peninsula. "Once a war is ignited on the peninsula, it will be an all-out war," adding that North Korea doesn't want foreigners in South Korea to "fall victim" to a conflict. Staff at the British Embassy in Seoul appeared unimpressed by the North's most recent attempt to rattle nerves in the region. And foreign visitors in Seoul didn't appear to be panicking either. "I am concerned,” but not enough to leave said Vicky Polashock, who was visiting from Atlanta.

  3. In Other News With the entire world watching, Louisville outlasted Michigan, 82-76, in an absolute classic that will instantly go down as one of the best national championship games in a long time. The U.S. government is getting its bill for the damage a Navy minesweeper did to a Philippine coral reef, and it's less than expected. Philippine officials say the USS Guardian damaged 2,346 square meters of Tubbataha Reef after it ran aground January 17. And that means, under Philippine law, the United States owes $1.5 million in fines. The fines are based on the amount of reef that has been damaged. Minneapolis-based Caribou Coffee is closing 80 locations next "Over the past few months, we at Caribou have revisited our business strategy, including closely evaluating our performance by market to make decisions that best position us for long-term growth," the announcement said. As a result, 80 "underperforming" stores will close for good on Sunday.
