Please note that public comments are limited to five (5) minutes per speaker.

  8. Order • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 to the current contract with Ritter & Paratore Contracting, Inc. for City Project 19-12-M, in the increased amount of $76, 726.16, with no additional work days added.

  9. Order • Order authorizing the City Administrator to approve the Sole Source purchase of a Cues Sewer Portable K2 Mainline Inspection System from Atlantic Machinery, Inc. for the total price after trade-in of $69,980.00. The purchase is to be made through the NJPA cooperative purchasing program.

  10. Order • Order authorizing the City Administrator to approve a Sole Source Cost Sharing Agreement with the Maryland State Highway Administration for materials testing and inspection for Baltimore Avenue Improvements, in the estimated amount of $43,809.00.

  11. Order • Order authorizing the execution of a "Route 220 Water Purchase Agreement" with the Allegany County Commissioners for the provision of water to a certain service area in the Rawlings area, and combining certain old water purchase agreements for areas in Cresaptown, Pinto, Bel Air, and the Barton Business Park. The term of the Agreement is proposed for 40 years.
