EOPO’s Mission The Equal Opportunity Programs Office (EOPO) serves to promote equality of opportunity within Goddard in every aspect of personnel and management policies and practices.  EOPO pursues its mission of preventing and eradicating discrimination and promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the Goddard workplace through various means and services.   3. How Does EEO Support Employees? The EEO Office: • Provides guidance to employees who are experiencing EEO related problems in the workplace. • Provides support for employees who are disabled or become disabled. • Provides language translation or interpreting services to ensure that the Center’s communications are shared in a manner in which all employees can understand.  • Consults with staff from other organizations to coordinate appropriate services/information to employees. Types of discrimination enforced through the EEO Complaints Program: • Race • Color • National Origin • Age (age 40 and over) • Disability (physical or mental) • Gender • Genetic Information • Harassment (sexual and non-sexual) • Pregnancy • Religion • Sex Orientation • Retaliation National Aeronautics and Space Administration Office of Equal Opportunity Programs

  5. What Types of Services are Provided for Employees with Disabilities?
