  4. Kinexus Results • HCT116 • Short treatment with 0.5 mM PMX 290 to reflect exposure in vivo • Data filtered for > 60% change from control, variation, signal/noise ratios and signal strength. • Some expected signalling events e.g. JNK activation not seen. • Further analysis required.
